By far, this company has excellent service. The technician was very professional and respectful. He was able to repair my garage door and stayed way within my budget. The price point cant be compared to any other company. Neither is the service. A friend of mine referred to me this company and I am glad they did. I would defiantly recommend this to anyone with issues. They stand by their service and are not here to over price like a lot of other companies. It shows that they actually care about their customers, and are very knowledgeable about their procession which is very rare today. Thank you for all your help. Very much appreciated.

We had an emergency situation with a damaged garage door. I called Ingenious and they sent a technician within 45 minutes of my call. Steve, the technician, immediately identified the issue, provided an easy to understand analysis of the required repairs, and was able to get my garage door repaired quickly and safely. The entire process was 2 hours from initial phone call to signing for work completed (1pm - 3pm). Ingenious Garage Door Services gets my HIGHEST recommendation.

Called the ingenious team to diagnose and resolve an issue i was having with one of my garage door bays (was not responding to the remote transponder)
The service team was incredibly helpful and communicative. Kept me in the loop on when a tech would be able to come and sent me a picture/description of the tech coming. I felt comfortable having the tech in my home and around my family
The tech was very helpful, knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue, and quickly resolved it. Additionally the charges were very reasonable and they did not attempt to upsell me
