Our technician was Steve, and he was very informative and educational as to teaching me how garage door mechanisms work, how to maintain them properly, and was very transparent in the work being done, all while actually doing the work (which was replacing our spring system). Syed as the dispatcher and person that handled pricing and quoting was also very helpful in educating me on different types of solutions, systems, and laying out all my options prior to our appointment and commitment to a specific service It was a quick 1-2hr job to replace our entire Torquemaster Spring system over to a traditional Torsion Spring system. If you're looking to get that specific work done, I can assure that they've done it a million times in replacing/changing out spring systems and will supply quality parts, labor, and honesty. Pricing was absolutely fair, and you will find that out when shopping around with other servicers. I would know since I shopped around like most homeowners do. Couldn't recommend them enough. They're definitely technician and solution oriented first, than being sales-focused, as we were able to get a quote first, before committing financially. He thoroughly checked everything and determined that the noise was likely due to the temperature change causing the joints to shift slightly. Thankfully, everything was working perfectly!
